Founder & Managing Member

A career that spans over 30 years of accomplished business startups and operating ownership. For 20 years Bud successfully managed his families manufacturing print and graphics business involving print manufacturing, marketing, real estate and business development. As a partner in a promotional marketing group (along with former Ogilvy & Mather Ad executives) Bud has worked with top business and industry leaders in consumer product sales & marketing, manufacturing, and event marketing. Over his career, Bud has worked with celebrities and Fortune 500 companies in various marketing and business capacities. Companies include AT&T, Citibank, Warner Lambert, LG Electronics, Costco Wholesale, and Dr. Pepper-7 Up. Additionally, throughout his career, Bud has volunteered and supported various nonprofit programs. Bud earned a BA Degree from Duquesne University.

Director of Technology & Plant Operations

A Ph.D.,  having advanced degrees in both aeronautical physics and chemistry, Ashok is a true science technology expert. Over the past 30 years Dr. Patel has transitioned to food & beverages, building over 40 bottling facilities in his career in Africa & Europe. This includes owning and operating his own FDA bottling plant in the US for over 10 years. His vast knowledge of the water, food and beverage business extends to all aspects of plant operations, quality control, product development, and formulation of enhanced beverages. Ashok is fluent in six languages.

New Business Development Specialist 

With a career spanning 30 years, Paul is  accomplished at consumer product sales, with marketing and distribution successes across multiple channels and industries. Paul has built countless longstanding domestic and international business and personal relationships that specialize in food, beverage, and medical products sales. Paul has worked with senior management in retail, drug, education, and government. Paul has an MA Degree from the University of Delaware.

M.B.A. & Interim CFO

 Joe has over 25 years’ experience in Finance and audit accounting for a major manufacturing firm including 20 years as controller of a GE division in the USA and the UK. Most recently Joe was CFO of Nature’s Way Pure Water Bottling Company. Joe’s notable accomplishments at Nature’s Way involved the complete development of multiple spring sites including engineering, regulatory approvals and sanitary construction of pumping stations and the final commercial sale of the spring water site. Joe earned his M.B. A. from Wilkes College.
